How to prepare your CV and cover letter?
How to ace the recruitment
process?
Reach the Center was a fun
game for anyone who has ever wondered,
how the evaluation centers function,
but has never had a chance before to reach one.
During the game, players have been
completing a variety of objectives with
the end goal of reaching the evaluation center in their
store and getting valuable feedback on their results and performance.
IKEA Constellations Chart
IKEA employees have created an art installation that visually
displayed the many opportunities for personal growth and development, available within the company.
Each store had a board with pins that were standing in for stars on the constellation map.
Each star corresponded to a profession or a position with the company.
Each department got ribbons of their color, and the employees could trace these
ribbons around the positions they have held during their time with IKEA.
In the end, the boards have turned into a colorful map of constellations,
comprised of a multitude of unique career paths, providing valuable insight into the career statistics.
Career
Coaching

IKEA understands, how hard it could be to choose your unique path when presented with a variety of different options and being constantly bombarded with a stream of new information.

This is why we have created our career coaching sessions. These individual sessions, lasting up to an hour and a half, have enabled coaches to help the employees set up their personal goals, formulate the required steps and find a way to build their own dream career.
